This policy explains how Valheim Base Builder handles information when you use valheimbasebuilder.com.

You can use the core builder without creating an account. Depending on the features you use, we may handle:
- Account information: your email address, authentication details handled by Supabase, and an optional public username.
- Build information: build names, piece layouts, piece counts, visibility settings, timestamps, and optional thumbnails. Builds and usernames you publish are visible to other visitors.
- Messages: information you submit through the contact or bug-report form, including an optional email address and relevant diagnostics such as app version, current page, browser information, build name, and piece count.
- Technical and usage information: hosting, analytics, and security providers may receive information such as IP address, browser or device type, page URL, and request information.
Cookies
The builder keeps your settings and unsaved work in your browser's local storage, and signing in uses cookies or local storage to keep you signed in.
You can use your browser settings to block or remove cookies and site data.

Your choices
- Use the builder without creating an account.
- Keep cloud builds private instead of publishing them.
- Delete individual saved builds from your account.
- Use browser controls to block or remove cookies.
Retention and security
Account and build information is kept while your account or saved builds remain active, or as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations for the service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. To ask a privacy question or request account or data deletion, use the Contact developer form in the builder.
